eFulfillment Service provides comprehensive ecommerce solutions designed to streamline your business operations. They cater to businesses of all sizes, offering support throughout every step of the fulfillment process – from storage and inventory management through pick, pack, and ship to returns processing.

eFulfillment Service operates on a uniquely flexible pricing model. Unlike other services, it doesn’t follow a uniform pricing structure. Instead, businesses receive custom quotes based on storage, packing, and shipping needs. This custom approach helps ensure that you only pay for what you need.

Another prominent factor contributing to its competitive edge is that eFulfillment Service imposes no setup fees or inventory volume requirements. These policies remain unaffected, meaning you’re not subjected to hidden fees or unwelcoming surprises.

To give you a clearer picture of their usual charges, here are some standard fees:

  • Monthly order minimums: The good news is there are no minimum order restrictions
  • Setup fees: rest assured, they still won’t charge any initial setup fees
  • Receiving fees: expect a charge of $11.50 per half-hour
  • Monthly storage fees: you’re looking at $0.45 per bin (for the first cu, ft. sku), and for any overflow, it’ll be $0.25 per cubic foot per week
  • Picking and packing: $2.65 for the first unit, then $0.65 for every additional unit. It is best to get in touch directly for an exact quote tailored to your ecommerce needs.

  • Simplified Interface and Reporting: The tools and reports eFulfillment gives you are pretty simple. And it may not have all the advanced features that other services offer. That could make it harder to understand your business numbers.
  • Limited Shipping Help: For those who need a lot of help with shipping big amounts, eFulfillment might not have all the services you’re looking for.
  • One Location: They only have one place to store everything. That means the potential consequence of longer shipping times.
  • Depends on Others for Worldwide Shipping: eFulfillment is great at sending things within the country. But for international shipping. They work with other companies, which could make things a bit more complicated.

eFulfillment offers features for a seamless ecommerce solutions experience. For example, they offer two-way inventory management and address validation, which ensures your products get where they need to go.

ShipNetwork

Another fulfillment provider option, ShipNetwork, offers features you will like. As a ShipNetwork customer, you’ll get inventory management and address verification.

Rakuten Super Logistics can handle these picking and packing projects if you sell subscription box products.

ShipNetwork offers advanced reporting features. This monitoring feature helps you keep track of products in storage and when they’re being shipped. This system makes it easy to track your products and orders.

One service Rakuten Super Logistics doesn’t offer is custom packaging. So you might consider another provider if you want products shipped in your company boxes.

For pricing, Rakuten Super Logistics provides individual quotes for services.

ShipNetwork has a minimum of 250 monthly order volumes. It would help if you kept this in mind when comparing companies. If you don’t think you’ll meet the minimum, other companies don’t have minimum order requirements.

ShipBob

ShipBob is another order fulfillment company to consider. This ShipBob team will store, pack, and ship your customer orders for you.

ShipBob is a well-known ecommerce solutions provider. This company is known for its multiple services and affordable rates.

The ShipBob team can handle order fulfillment for companies of all sizes. In addition, ShipBob offers many integrations so their company software can connect to your sales platforms and shipping company software.

ShipBob prices services based on product volume. Monthly storage fees start at $5. When it comes time to pack your products, the company charges $0.20 for each pick. ShipBob charges $35 to receive products.

If you choose ShipBob as your fulfillment company, you’ll like the fact the company has multiple fulfillment locations. This often means faster service for you and your customers.

Red Stag Fulfillment

This is a good option if you meet the minimum order volume requirements of 200 monthly orders. Red Stag Fulfillment offers affordable long-term storage fees without any long-term contracts. There are no SKU or account management charges.

There’s a 30-day free trial if you want to try things out for yourself. It integrates with several online stores. This is a good order fulfillment company if you need services for your subscription box or require custom packaging.

Seamless Startup Journey, Exceptional Service and Partnership with eFulfillment

Embarking on a new industry journey as a startup has been daunting, especially when it came to managing storage and fulfillment. I consider myself immensely lucky to have partnered with eFulfillment. The standout feature for me has been the exceptional customer service, particularly due to the dedicated representative, Angela, who was assigned to me from the start. Her support has been stellar, a true cornerstone of my business's growth. Despite the inevitable challenges of supply chain bottlenecks and labor shortages that can extend wait times – a universal hurdle – Angela's assistance has turned these challenges into valuable learning experiences. Her involvement has made the entire process not just bearable, but a positively enriching part of my entrepreneurial adventure.

Terrible service with unacceptable pricing times, avoid this company at all costs!

They are always running between three and five days behind meaning that your items don't even leave for a week. The only way to get your item to leave quickly is to pay for the expedited shipping, or the item will not even be picked from the shelf for a week Absolutely terrible, the worst customer service and slowing processing times.
